Starfire works on top of the data you already have—licensed and internal. We use a standard TPA to gain access. We don't resell, relicense, or crosswalk your data with any other client.

You bring the data
Provide access via TPA and/or BAA. Starfire ingests a copy or connects via provisioned views — e.g. Databricks Delta Sharing. Your data license terms govern throughout.
We align on use cases
Starfire and your team scope the questions that matter — both defined modules and open-ended novel inferences. We validate data feasibility and agree on methodology.
We generate and iterate
Agentic workflows produce rapid, consultant-grade deliverables. Iterate in natural language, revise live, and automate next best actions — without starting over each cycle.
You license the platform
Per brand or per function. You retain perpetual rights to all work product and deliverables. Starfire's IP — agentic workflows, SME architecture, platform tooling — remains ours.

Robert Nagel

Founder & CEO, Starfire

Robert brings 15+ years of experience across life sciences, data strategy, and commercial analytics. Most recently he spent nearly six years scaling HealthVerity — a leader in real-world data — serving as Chief of Staff and Vice President of Data Services & Products, where he led Product, Partnerships, and the HealthVerity Marketplace.

His training is as a management consultant, prior to earning his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management. Along the way he built experience in venture capital, digital health, and predictive analytics. His founding mission is to use technology to improve patient outcomes.
