1. Acceptance; Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. Changes are effective upon posting. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Website.

Your use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy.

3. Website Content & Ownership

The Website and its content, including software, text, graphics, images, and compilations (collectively, “Content”), are owned by Starfire or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from the Content.

4. Trademarks & Trade Dress

The trademarks, service marks, and logos of Starfire (the “Marks”) are Starfire’s property. Other names and logos may be the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Website grants any license to use the Marks without our prior written consent. Elements of the Website are also protected by trade dress and unfair-competition laws and may not be copied or imitated.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the proper operation or security of the Website;
  • Accessing or collecting data from the Website via scraping, crawling, or other automated means without our prior written consent;
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Website;
  • Infringing or violating any intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
  • Impersonation, misrepresentation, or unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

7. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARFIRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARFIRE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL STARFIRE’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Starfire and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Compliance; Export

You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export-control and sanctions laws, and will not use the Website in any jurisdiction or for any purpose prohibited by law.

12. U.S. Government Restricted Rights

The Content is provided with “RESTRICTED RIGHTS.” Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government is subject to the restrictions in applicable FAR/DFARS clauses or successors.

13. Miscellaneous

Governing Law; Arbitration. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (without regard to conflicts of laws). Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Commercial Arbitration Rules by a single arbitrator seated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in English. You and Starfire agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a class or representative action.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Starfire regarding the Website.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them.

Waiver. No waiver is implied by any delay or failure to enforce rights; any waiver must be in a signed writing.

Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
